Death penalty

 In 2019 the country’s with more death penalty’s judgmemts  were

China, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Egypt, in that order.

This are the razones why death penalty is legal in some country’s and need to be applied in more country’s 

• If someone murders someone else, they have given up their human rights, including the one to stay alive themselves
• The punishment should 'fit the crime' - if you have killed someone, you should be killed too
• Giving a killer the death sentence will stop them - and others - doing it again

• Without the death penalty, some criminals would continue to commit crimes. It deters prisoners who are already serving life sentences in jail from committing more serious offenses.
• It is a cost-effective solution. The idea put forward by abolitionists that it costs more to execute someone than imprison them for life is simply not true and there is plenty of evidence to show this.
• Retribution is not the same as revenge. Retribution is a necessary part of the punishment process— without it, the friends and family of the victims as well as the public in general would not feel that justice had been served. 

 In country’s like China the death penalty is a good solution for Rapists, assassins and mayor crimes with out it  they’re jails would be so overpopulated that a lot of criminals will go free because there is no space for them, making China one of the less safe country’s in The world.

This judgment have to principal methods lethal injections that are slow but “pain-less” and the electric chair that is much faster but it involves a lot of pain in the process.

This method is very old, it was invented on a revenge form between tribes and families and it began to evolve into modern-days judgement
