 First, what are core values? Well a core value is “ the fundamental beliefs of a person or organization. These guiding principles dictate behavior and can help people understand the difference between right and wrong” now the first step to find that core values which your going to stick together all your life is accruals pretty simple, the first step is selecting what core values you think you have the list need to be from 3 to a maximum of 5 because 2 and is complicated make decisions and more than 5 are probably going to cause you conflict of values, then when you have select your core value list ask yourself some cuestiones like if someone wants you to do something for lots of money but that action is going to brake that value would you still do it?
