Feminist protest in Mexico

In Mexico City, a march was organized on Women's Day to raise awareness of all the girls and women who have been murdered or disappeared in the last year in Mexico, more than 1,000 have disappeared and almost 3,000 have been murdered.

I support these types of marches as long as they are peaceful and in order to raise awareness in society of the specific issue for which the march was organized, it is impressive that more than 80,000 women gathered on the same day in the streets of La Mexico City to protest about the situation they have been having to live in Mexico for many years.

These are some of the many phrases that have been written on their banners during this protest by more than 80,000 women concerned for their safety and that of their sisters: “Because my daughter was taken away”, “because they are killing our sisters”, “because They killed my friend "," because they touched me "," because we are tired of crying "," because we are fed up, "because we are afraid and we no longer want to be.

The march was mostly peaceful and with very good intentions but there were certain groups of women who due to their anger painted fences, burned them and destroyed some of the things that were in their path in order to demonstrate their feeling of insecurity with which I do not agree that destroying things is the correct way to demonstrate it if you can achieve the same results peacefully since it gives a bad impression although almost everything has been peaceful
